4 Months Old

Naomi turned 4 months old on September 20, 2011. 

What Naomi has been doing this month:

You wore mostly size 3 month clothing but some 3-6 month.  You wore a size 2 diaper.

You weighed 13lbs 8oz and measured 26 inches long. You are tall with long legs, but your little body is still so petite.

We've been dealing with some newfound skin issues that makes you the longest one to get ready in the morning.  You need lots of special lotions and creams to help with your dry skin.  We hope that it's nothing big, but we will have to get it checked out by the doctor.

You really love sitting in your infant seat and looking at your Curious George accordian book.  You could stay there all day, or at least until it is time for a nap or a munch.

We took a family trip to Ventura with Auntie Angela, Uncle J, Caelyn, and Aliyah. You got to spend lots of fun time with your cousins at the beach and you adore being around them. You love to just watch and take it all in.

One morning on our trip, I was getting ready in the bathroom and you were playing in your pack-n-play with some toys. It got too quiet so I came out to see what you were up to. You had a cloth book over your face with your sweet baby feet straight up in the air. You were playing with your feet and having so much fun, I guess you didn't need to see them! It was so funny. You are constantly finding new ways to make us laugh. :)

We have enjoyed hearing you laugh often, but now you have discovered that your voice can go really high. You screech and squeal and scream at the top of your little lungs. It is very impressive but let's just say you can go quite high.

Naomi, your personality is really starting to shine and we love hearing your voice.  We get a glimpse of what you will sound like in the future.  Thank you for making us the luckiest parents on earth.  We love you!
